before contacting customer support.

If requesting support by e-mail please include the following information:

 

•  Brief description of the problem

•  Wavefunction software title and release number (e.g., Odyssey Molecular Explorer Instructor's Edition, Version 5.3.0)

•  Description of the computer and hardware (Manufacturer, processor, video card, RAM, etc.)

•  Operating system (e.g., Windows 10 Home 64-bit)


Including this information will facilitate a faster resolution, please be as thorough as possible.
